As far as I believe all of you know how to bake a cake using egg. Now I want to tell you where can you get the info about egg less cakes. There are many ways to prepare. The first one is use Energ egg replacer. This you can get in whole foods or your local stores.
If you don't have that option just search in Google using these key words "vegan cake" or "vegetarian cake" or " vegetarian egg less cake" etc. There are few cake recipes from different websites which I tried and got good results.

1. Martha Stewart's Red velvet cake using Ener-G egg substitute.
2. Chocolate cake from vegweb.com
3. Carrot cake from vegweb.com

"Egg less frosting or Icing":

Cream cheese icing from Martha Stewart.com will be good with cakes.

Cake decorating tools:
I like to use Wilton tools for "cake decoration". I tried at home and it came very well.


Ingredients or "buy list for baking cake":


Baking vegan cakes:

All purpose flour or wholewheat flour)
Cocoa for chocolate cakes.
Baking soda
White or brown sugar
Salt (optional)
Canola oil or veg.oil or olive oil
White vinegar
Vanilla extract
