Drum stick curry

1. Take 15 drumstick pieces.
2. Boil drumstick peices add sufficient water and salt till they are soft or 15 min.
3.Grind & make paste of
mustard seeds 1table spoon
1 red chilli
1/4 cup of rice
1/4cup of sesame seeds
1/4 cup of shredded coconut
1/4 tbsp salt.

After the smooth paste add 2 cups of water and make it like a juice.

4)put some oil in a pan and add urad dal , mustard seeds, jeera and 1/2 red chilli and
HIng. Fry until they splutter.
5)Now add drumsticks,turmeric,salt as per taste ,add ground paste
6)Stir carefully so that lumps are not formed.
7) Add 1 spoon of tamarind paste and 1 spoon of powerded jaggery or sugar and cook for about 10 min to 15 min on low flame.
