1. take 3 cups of cauliflower.
2. 1 big potato cut into pieces.
3.2 tomatoes cut into pieces.
4.Take a pan add 3 spoons of oil. Add chandal 1 sppon mustard seeds 1/4 spoon and jeera 1/4 spoon and 1 red chille pieces.
5. Fry until mustard seeds splutter
6. After that add cauliflower, potato pieces, tomato pieces, to the seasoning above.
7. Now add 3 cups of water and salt and little turmeric powder.
8. cover with lid.
9.Add 1/2 spoon garam masala powder .
10. Cook until it becomes like gravy.

How togain weight?
How to gain weight?
1. Daily eat half of the quarter cup of ground nuts or peanuts soaked in water previous night
2. Prepare carrot milk shake with soaked badam and 1 cooked carrot and 1 pinch of elachi powder
and 1 spoon of sugar and 1 cup of milk and sufficient water.
3.Eat the grated coconut 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup daily.
4. Eat cashew nuts soaked or raw 10-15 a day.
5. Exercise daily
6. You can see yourself after 2 or 3 months
How to lose weight?
1.Leave rice completely.
2.Eat chapathi’s instead of rice.
3. Eat dinner as early as possible before 7 pm.
4.Early morning drink 1-1.5 lit of water
5. Exercise daily.
AAsanas’ 1. pranayamam early morning 4-5 am daily 1 hour.
2.After pranayamam again drink 1 litre of water.
3.Drink vegetable juice with2 sppons of honey and lemon after taking bath.
4.Eat sprouts daily as a tiffen with 1/2 cup-1 cup with 7 dates.
5.Eat fruits
How to gain
Raw banana curry
1) Take 2 raw bananas
2.Cut them in to small pieces.
3. Boil them in water .
4) Before boiling add salt and turmeric powder.
5)boil them till they are soft.
6) strain the water from the pieces.
7) now grate ginger of 2 spoons
8)2-3 green chillies small size.
9)Grind the ginger and green chillies and 4 spoons of cilantro or coriander leaves to paste.
10) For seasoning Take a pan add mustard seeds and chanadal and 1-1.5 redchilles, hing and jeera and 3 spoons of oil.
11)Heat the pan until mustard seeds splutter .
12) Now take a large bowl . Add 3 spoons of oil and add the paste and fry for 2 min and then add boiled banana pieces strained and then add the seasoning and add little water and and then add salt a little and cover for 5- 10 min
13. If you are feeling water is not enough . Add more water .
14. but cook until the water become dry .
This curry is also known as banana upma curry.
This is a brahmin style cooking. My grand mother used to cook this one.
Bottle gourd curry
1.Peel the bottle gourd. and cut into small pieces.
2. Boil the bottle gourd in water add turmeric powder and salt till soft.
3.Strain the bottle gourd pieces.
4. grind 2-3 green chillies and ginger 1cm piece and 3 spoons of coriander leaves .
5. Keep the paste a side
4.For seasoning
take a big pan add 3 spoons of oil and then add mustard seeds , chanadal , cumin seeds and 1 red chilli and hing. heat until mustard seeds splutter and then add strained bottle gourd pieces and then add the paste.
5. Add little water . cover with lid and cook for 15 min.
6. This is my paternal grand mother’s recipe. Brahmin style.
Badam Milk shake
. Take 2 cups of Vanilla ice cream
2. Take 2 cups of milk
3. Add 6 spoons of MTR badam mix powder.
4. Add sugar per taste
5. Add 1 cup of water
6. Add Elachi powder for aroma.
7.Using a blender Mix all the ingredients .
8. If you are feeling the colour is not sufficient add more badam mix and blend it.
That’s all very tasty badam milk shake is ready.
