1.Leave rice completely.
2.Eat chapathi’s instead of rice.
3. Eat dinner as early as possible before 7 pm.

2.After pranayamam again drink 1 litre of water.
3.Drink vegetable juice with2 sppons of honey and lemon after taking bath.
4.Eat sprouts daily as a tiffen with 1/2 cup-1 cup with 7 dates.
