How to gain weight?
1. Daily eat half of the quarter cup of ground nuts or peanuts soaked in water previous night
2. Prepare carrot milk shake with soaked badam and 1 cooked carrot and 1 pinch of elachi powder
and 1 spoon of sugar and 1 cup of milk and sufficient water.
3.Eat the grated coconut 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup daily.
4. Eat cashew nuts soaked or raw 10-15 a day.
5. Exercise daily
6. You can see yourself after 2 or 3 months
